This two part workshop will explore what is holding us back in our bodies and our lives. We'll use Restorative Exercise to learn how to restore the natural function of our bodies and shift our perspective on movement, then we'll delve into how to make sure you're living a life aligned with your values and how to feel confident asking for what you really want.
About the facilitators:
Sarah DeGrave, CPT-RES: Sarah is a Nutritious Movement certified Restorative Exercise Specialist who is passionate about helping women learn how to support their bodies so their bodies can support them in return.
Alexis Moore Eytinge: Alexis is an assertiveness and confidence coach who has trained at Coach Training World in Portland, OR. She is also a volunteer with GirlStrength, a holistic approach to self defense and violence prevention classes for girls 10-17 yrs.
