During our morning together we will begin to explore how we can love and take care of our bodies so that we can enjoy whole-self wellness and live vibrant, full lives. Because for too long, we’ve tried to change our bodies through punishment, shame, and self-hatred. And that just doesn’t work. In a small group of peers we will practice mindset shifts, do some writing reflection and begin to define a better path, paved with love.
The workout will be appropriate for all fitness levels and body types. I will show you modifications for all movements.

Additional details: Please bring a full water bottle and a large towel or small blanket (we will eat brunch picnic style). Come dressed to workout. Our meal will include gluten-free, dairy-free, and veggie-friendly options. Journals and pens will be provided.
