Welcome to The Hearts of Men Circle.

  • Taborspace 5441 Southeast Belmont Street Portland, OR, 97215 United States (map)

We form a circle to embody our wholeness and our equality as brothers, and to create a sacred space into which we can speak, be heard, imagine, and support one another. Men have been gathering in circles from the beginning and it is in the spirit of this deeply rooted tradition that we draw this circle together.

Come as you are.

This group is a container for men to feel safe being themselves--a judgement-free container that supports men in seeing and recognizing where they are on their life path.

So many men struggle with:

· Unfulfilling relationships and feelings of disconnection
· Anxiety and stress of obligations and responsibilities
· Feeling stuck not making the progress you want in your life
· Difficult emotions that are hard to express

The time has come to break the old paradigm, and step up into a freedom of being that honors the men we are beneath all the masks we’ve learned to wear.

I’m on a mission to help men overcome their hidden blocks and unlock their true masculine power so they can stand in truth, protect what is sacred, create expansive relationships and love fully and fiercely.

Society has been telling men for a long time that they need to soldier on silently and figure it out, but this is a proven path to unhappiness. Join your brothers and access an entirely new level of power.

The Benefits:

• Be seen and heard by other men
• Create brotherhood
• Develop confidence and integrity
• Sharpen your listening skills
• Share your dreams and fears without judgment
• Explore masculinity at a deeper level
• Learn to trust other men and yourself
• Broaden your range of self-expression
