Integral theory is a holistic world view that balances philosophical and cultural, as well as spiritual and psychological aspects of life. With emphasis on inclusion and human development, this group meets to put this theory in to practice in daily life.
Integral braids depth and breadth of all major contemplative traditions, both the Western and Eastern, as well as scientific and spiritual in to one unified language. These vast disciplines have three common tracts for cultivation: Waking up, Growing up and Showing up.
Integral Life Practice includes developing grounded communication skills, physical resilience, emotional balance, mental clarity and spiritual awakening. This group meets weekly to grow in these ways together, exchange ideas and share the daily challenges we run up against. The structure for October's meetings includes starting and ending with meditation (meditation sandwich!), studying Integral practice life applications and circling practice. September and October's meetings are all open to new members.
Starting in November, will transition to building deeper containers with new members invited to join a study group that will explore Integral theory and Sunday's practice meetings dedicated for practicing members with at least preliminary understanding of practice.
We meet at Tabor Space on consistent Sundays from 2pm - 4pm in the Library.
