OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Coffee Bar: ($25/hour + 1 hour for setup & cleanup) Copeland Commons
We will open our full service coffee/tea/espresso bar and staff it with one of our trained baristas. It will operate like it does during the day. If you would like to pay for your guests’ drinks, we can keep a tab to be settled at the end of the event. We will also have coffee cake, cookies, granola bars, chocolate bars, fruit, etc for sale.
We require at least 2 weeks notice to have the coffee bar open

Coffee Pots: ($15/pot) All Rooms
Order air pots of our delicious Nossa Familia coffee. Each pot serves 8-10 people. Includes mugs, cream, sugar, spoons and napkins.
We appreciate at least 24 hours notice to order coffee pots. Day-of-event orders will need to be made and paid for at the Bell Tower Coffee shop.

Hot Water Pots: ($5/pot free refills) All Rooms
We can provide pots of hot water. Bring your own tea bags. Each pot serves 6 people. Includes mugs, cream, sugar, spoons and napkins.
We appreciate at least 24 hours notice to order hot water pots. Day-of-event orders will need to be made and paid for at the Bell Tower Coffee shop.

Sound Equipment: ($25 fee) Copeland Commons, Dining Room
Ability to play an iPod, hook up sound to your computer for showing a movie or slideshow, use of up to 6 microphones, 5-channel mixer, instrument cables. Our staff will set up the equipment to your specifications but will not “run” sound during your event. We require at least 24 hours notice to reserve sound equipment.

Event Promotion: $15 per event
Taborspace adds the event to the online public calendar (averaging 3000-4000 visits per month, 120 per day), a custom sharable taborspace.org link is generated for the event organizers to use on your social media and promotions, the events are included in Taborspace general emails and event group Facebook posts (not individually), and your event is searchable by category on Taborspace.org (family, concert, education, recovery, etc). For an additional $35, Taborspace staff will help create a promotional design for your event!

Projector Screen: (FREE) All Rooms
Muir Hall and the Dining Room are equipped with stationary medium size “pull-down” screens. Copeland Commons and the Sanctuary have large remote operated screens. We have a small portable screen that can be brought to any room per availability. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice to reserve a screen.

Projector: $25 for 3 hours + $10 for each additional hour
