A warm, beautiful space (over 1,600 sq. ft.) with stained glass windows, brick interior, and high-vaulted ceilings. This space is used as the coffeehouse seating area during the day, and can transform into the perfect space for your concert or private event at night! Available for rent after 4:30pm Mon – Sat (except Wednesdays), or after 12:30pm on Sundays.

Additional Options:
- Sound equipment: $25 flat fee (5 mics, a small mixer, and 2 installed speakers).
- Open Coffee House: $25 flat fee (customer pays per drink)
- Unlimited Open Bar: $2.75/head (minimum 25 guests)
- Drip Coffee – Regular and Decaf: $12/pot
