In August 2011, we started serving a nutritious and delicious lunch menu out of the newly licensed huge-church-kitchen. We’re now serving healthy food out of the built-in buffet, located in the coffee house. Everything is offered on a donation basis and the menu features as many fresh, local, organic and seasonal ingredients as possible.
Soup du jour: large $3.50, small $2.00 — meat or vegan with organic stock, served with bread.
Rainbow Salad: small $2.00 — farm greens, organic arugula, red cabbage, carrots, radishes, sunflower seeds and house-made croutons. With a house made, creamy, balsamic vinaigrette.
Quinoa Salad: Small $4.00 - Quinoa, spinach, almonds, cucumber, chickpeas, dried cherries, red onions, lemon, garlic and yogurt.
Sandwiches: $3.00 — served on locally-baked bread rolls.
- Tabor Turkey: brie, cucumber, homemade apple butter, and organic arugula
- Jambon Jolie: honey-baked ham, brie, roma tomato, and organic arugula, with Russian Dijon mustard
- Vegan Wrap: hummus, red cabbage, carrot, cucumber, red onion, and organic arugula on whole wheat tortilla
